In 1991 IBM sourced out its printer business and sold it to Clayton & Dubilier, Inc. In the 1950s IBM has already developed the first printers for its IBM PCs.
After being sourced out the products of the new company still were named IBM. But today Lexmark offers a wide range of products, for the most part laser printers for private and business use. At the end of the 90s Lexmark has already produced inkjet printers and laser printers for the subsidiaries Dell and Compaq.
In 2001 Lexmark again produced an IBM laser printer for its old parent company IBM. But in recent years there was no economic success for Lexmark. The inkjet printer business was sold and no new devices are to be expected.
In our Onlineshop you will find the complete range of Lexmark ink cartridges, toners, drums, residual toner containers and maintenance kit for Lexmark printers. In addition to the OEM cartridges from Lexmark, we also offer inexpensive cartridges from the third-party manufacturer for some models. For professional use, we recommend Lexmark OEM cartridges. If you only print documents for the internal business, the low-cost toner from the third-party manufacturer is a cost-effective alternative.
