How to find the right toner or the right ink cartridge?

The matching cartridge can be found easily by either using the ink finder in the header of this page and selecting your device or by means of the search feature via the OEM (MPN) of the item.

I cannot find an item. Can you help me?

If you cannot find anything via the search feature or the ink finder, please contact us.

Do the prices in the shop already include VAT?

Our shop displays net prices since our offer is aimed exclusively at professional and public consumers such as companies, government institutions, educational institutions, museums, doctors, pharmacists, accountants etc.

Do you create a quote, are prices negotiable?

All prices, discounts, availability of goods and shipping costs can be viewed online. We do not normally create a quote. If you are a government or other institution and absolutely require a quote, please contact us directly.

Are you supplying distributors or are there distributor discounts?

We also supply distributors, but do not offer separate distributor discounts.

Do I need an account?

We do not offer regular customer accounts. However, you can easily check on the status of your order and your invoices. Take a look at the order confirmation that we sent you and simply follow the link contained therein.

Can I order for my private use?

We supply companies, government agencies, educational institutions, museums, doctors, pharmacists, accountants etc. We cannot supply our products for your private, "at-home" use for legal reasons.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. For extremely small orders, we have to charge higher shipping costs in order to be cost-effective, however.

Why is my preferred method of payment not available?

As an exclusive B2B dealer, we restrict ourselves to the most popular payment methods that are used for commercial transactions. We are very sorry that we cannot offer direct payments via credit card, but are relying on PayPal for credit card payments instead. Depending on the country, PayPal offers a number of local payment methods, which thus eliminates this disadvantage. We do not offer payment upon delivery because the costs are too high and, in practice, a significant number of these kinds of packages are not accepted.

Where can I find your bank account details for my bank transfer?

You can find all of the required information in your order confirmation and here: Payment and Delivery. Please always state your order or invoice number when making a payment.

Can I order on account?

We are very interested in supplying your company or governmental or educational institutions in Germany on open account – since this is the easiest and most convenient method for all parties involved.
Simply enter your order and check to see if the “on account" payment method is offered in the order form. Further information can be found here: Payment and Delivery.

What is the payment target for invoices?

Usually, invoices are payable within 7 days after the receipt of the goods. For authorities, we expect a payment target of 30 days.

How long does delivery take?

We have e-mailed you the tracking number upon the dispatch of your package. This allows you to track your order. Details for each country of delivery can be found here: Payment and Delivery.

Which parcel service (DHL, DPD, GLS, Transoflex) do you use?

Depending on the country of delivery, size of goods and location of the goods, a particular parcel service is used. Please understand that we do not have direct control over this. Approximately 90% of the packages will be shipped via DHL and DPD. We will email you the tracking number when dispatching your goods so that you can track your order.

Do you deliver to packing stations?

No. This is not possible for logistical reasons.

How long does it take until my order is shipped?

The following factors are essential for a quick processing of your order: availability of goods, a completed payment (except for payments on account). Payments in advance will take 2-3 days to complete. Payments made through PayPal are usually completed immediately.

Where can I find the invoice?

After dispatching the goods, we will send you the invoice by e-mail.

I want to return an item. How does it work?

A return of goods is not possible. A right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, meaning private customers. Complaints about defective goods are excluded from this. Please write to us.

My package arrived, the product is damaged, what should I do?

Please do not accept externally damaged packages and contact us immediately.
If you have already accepted the package and it turns out that the content is damaged, please contact us immediately!

Ideally, you will e-mail us pictures of the damages right away, as this helps us during the consultation and settlement with the parcel service.
We strive to immediately replace your damaged items.

Where can I dispose of or sell empty printer cartridges?

I still have some cartridges, will you purchase them?

We do not buy cartridges. Try eBay or eBay Classifieds.

Are there deposits for empty cartridges?

Such a deposit does not exist. However, on the Internet, there are a number of retailers that pay money for specific empty cartridges. You an find these retailers here: Sell empty cartridges
